Backup exec netware 9.2 1/8 G2 Autoloader

Hey,
we use a DL380G5 with a MSa 500 and a 1/8 G2 Tape Libary , but we can´t make a backup to our tapes. Afer a few seconds there is a error generating, that something with the Hardware don´t match. We use the LSI Controller LSI_53C1030 .with Netware 6.5 SP7.
Any suggestions ?
