Can not mount LTFS

Hi,

 

I have a HP ML 110 G7 server and HP LTO-5 Ultrium 3000 tape drive attached with Smart Array P212/ZM HBA card. I am configuring this with HP LTFS configuration software and found out the card is incompatible but can be resolved with 256MB cache module which I installed but still can't mount it and getting an error "The HBA driver doesnot support the required transfer size (512KB)." Any help regarding this will be appreciated.

Hi,

we have a HP Proliant DL385 G2 (Windows 2008 R2), LTO5 Ultrium 3000 and Host Bus adapter SAS P222 with LTFS v2.0.0 (3/12/2012) and works propertly.

 

We make some test with other SAS card, Adaptec ASC-1045, and obtain the same error than you, and solve the problem with HP P222 SAS card.
