Data Protector Express SQL Option

I purchased the SQL option for our data protector express domain as one of our servers is a dedicated SQL server. My problem is however that another server which has an MSDE instance of SQL for SOPHOS is showing as the user of the SQL agent. How can I get the SQL server to use the agent
