OBDR not working

Hi,

I am using Arcserve 2000 Advanced with the Disaster Recovery option but I have been unable to get the One Button Disaster Recovery to work. Whenever I start the dat tape drive with the eject button depressed as per the OBDR instructions it just ejects the tape and does not go into disaster recovery mode. Can anyone shed any light as to why it is not working? I am using Windows NT on a DELL PowerEdge 6300 server. Thanks.

I have just discovered that the dat drive that I am using (Surestore 24 x 6 e) does not support OBDR.
