Restore specific from dozens of catalogs

Hi all again :)

been searching in this forum but no luck.. Maybe wrong keywords..

How can I isolate a specific file from the restore job to restore it? I'm using the filter function but it's a pain to search which files are ticked through dozens of folders... Any suggestion? Is it possible to print or export the complete backup file list?
