What Travan tape backup

I have been using HP Colorado backup II in T1000-e internal drive in my win98 operating system. I just upgraded to WinXP Pro and see that it does not recongize my above backup drive. What do I need to upgrade to so as to use it with 98 and XP. I have two seperate partitions on this computer and 98 is on one and XP on the other and both are FAT 32 file systems...........thank you.
