Firware update for HP StorageWorks MSL6000 Tape Library

I installed the HP Library Tape Tools utility and had it scan hardware, it then downloads firmware for the autoloader and tape drives with no problem.  However the autoloader firmware file will not update as it appears with a status of "Wrong personality" (currently on rev 0507 - downloaded rev is 0520).
