HP Colorado 20GB Internal and WinXP Pro
Folks: New to the forum, so I appreciate any help you might be able to offer. I have an HP 20GB internal drive that worked fine until I upgraded to WinXP Pro. Now I get the error 05-0E-23-01-0524, which, according to the HP dex interpretation chart, is a firmware error. However, I cannot find any firmware updates for this device. I have tried using the Win2000 drivers (inf and sys files), but they didn't help. Any help is greatly appreciated, as I will have to look to either an optical or DAT solution if I can't get this drive to work. Thanks.
