HP StorageWorks Internal DAT320 USB Tape Drive rejecting all media.
HP StorageWorks DAT320 USB in a Proliant ML-320 G6 is flashing "clean" and "tape", after inserting the cleaning tape, the unit resets, insert the back-up tape and after 2 minutes, the tape ejects and it goes back to flashing "clean" and "tape" -- tried several tapes, unit is rejecting all. Any tips, or are we looking at replacing the drive ($1,500 buys a lot of beer).

Hi,
If you don't have warranty, turn off the server open the unit and clean the head with cotton cloth with alcohol.
Regards.
