How to change Command View TL web port number

Hi all!

 

Anyone know how to change Command View TL web port. Today it is 4095.

Command View TL use 4093, 4094 and 4095.

Both 4094 and 4095 has a conflict with another program and CVTL can not start.

I can see i  the logs that CVTL chrashes during startup.

 

Is it anyway to change these ports before startup.
