Hi All,
We have 2 LTO3 drives installed with 1 NSR, we are planning to add 2 more tape drives (LTO3/4) in our MSL6060 tape library.
Can any one send us the options reagrding connectivity of 4 tape drives in MSL6060 so we can order upgrade.
Br, sharjeel

Re: MSL6060 Cabling
Hello,
you need the following parts:
1x AD577A HP e1200-320 4Gb Fibre Channel Interface Card
2x AD612B HP MSL6000 LTO-3 Ultrium 960 Drive
or
2x AJ028A HP MSL6000 LTO-4 Ultrium 1840 Tape Drive
Place the parts like the other drives and NSR into the free slot of the library. Check Firmware, update FW of all parts to the same level.
But the MSL6000 is retired June 2011, so these parts could be very expensive.
