StoreEver 1/8 G2 LTO-6 Ultrium 6250 FC Autoloader (connecting to FC Switch clarification needed)

Dear Experts,

We recently bought  C0H19A: HP StoreEver 1/8 G2 LTO-6 Ultrium 6250 FC TapeAutoloader, it have to FC ports in back port A and B. The purpose is to backup data from virtual machines. This audo loader not yet installed and before we proceed for installation I need some clarification on connections to FC switch.

We have this setup:

- TWO DL 380 Gen8 servers

- ONE HP P2000 G2 MSA FC Dual Cntrl Storage

- TWO HP SN6000 12-pt Sngl Pwr FC switch

- AJ718A, HP 8GB Shortwave FC SFP+ 1 pack which are used to connect the storage and servers to FC switch

Now I want to know in order to connect this auto loader the gbic AJ718A can be used on FC switch, is it compatible with this autoloader. On the back of auto loader at the two ports A and B direct we can connect FC cable I already checked that but I just need to clarify for other end connecting to FC switch.
