Are Tippingpoint sensors and managers vulnerable to Heartbleed?

Do the TippingPoint IPS sensors and the Management platform use one fo the vulnerable versions of OpenSSL?

Also, is there a TippingPoing IPS signature for the HeartBleed exploit?
