Who says Education Services are important? Meg Whitman, that’s who!

Actually, HP President and CEO, Meg Whitman, is one of a long list of experts and leaders in the tech industry who recognize the value of training and strive for a culture where people are encouraged to train and learn. Training is valued. Training is enabled. And training makes a difference. In fact, Meg believes in it to such a degree that she has recorded her thoughts on the subject in a video that now serves as an introduction to HP Education Services classes. Check out what she has to say at:

What makes training so valuable?
There is little doubt that having fully trained and qualified staff can both reduce risks in deployment and shrink the time required to ensure users' full productivity. This is particularly true for deployments of new technologies that seem to be “must haves” for many enterprises today, including:

  • Cloud
  • Big Data
  • Next-generation servers
  • Advanced storage technology

Each of these technologies can make a major difference in how easily your enterprise achieves its business goals. Selecting the right set of hardware and software is an important success factor. But having your IT teams comfortable with and competent in these new areas is just as critical in determining the success or failure of the implementation.

Training represents one concrete step that IT managers can take to ensure project teams possess the skills necessary to reduce failure risk, decrease costs, and increase overall project effectiveness.

I get it, but where do I get it?
If you can see how training could benefit your organization, consider working with HP Education Services to make it happen.  In over 35 years of operation, this organization has proven the ability to deliver exactly what you need, whenever and wherever you need it … and in a format (web, on-site, etc.) that’s convenient for you.
