Problem With Trial

I have downloaded and installed the trial version.  I am not getting any errors on the installation.  When I try to start QTP, again I get no errors but I get no QTP window.  The app is listed in task manager but I cannot get the app to open.

 

Any help would be appreciated.

I get the license screen and I still have 29 days left.  I click continue there but I never get another screen.

Please disable UAC if you are on Win Vista/7/8/8.1

if that doesn't work, also disable your AntiVirus.

Could you try to kill the uft.exe process and re-launch UFT again? Does it work?
