Can no longer access VCX Connect for User and Admin Interfaces
Hey All-
I recently backed up and rebooted my phone system and now I can no longer access the user and administrator interfaces (3Com VCX Connect). Everything else works perfectly fine. I can access the Tomcat server, extensions and voicemail boxes, hunt groups, etc are all in tact. I get a "The connection to 192.168.0.8 was interrupted" message. Is there a service I need start or something?

Hi,
There are many reasons why this might occur. The most common are that there is a hung backup process or something is wrong with the RPM database.
I suggest either searching our Knowledgebase for a solution available at http://www.hp.com/go/hpsc or open a case with HP Technical Support.

thanks for the response. I have since found that it has something to do with "deploying configuration descriptor web.xml" in the Catalina logs. Here is the print out at restart:

I'm not familiar with that Tomcat error. I once again suggest either searching the support knowledgebase or opening a case with HP Technical Support.
