HP VCX Administrative Assistant

Does anyone know where to find the latest version of the HP AA --- HP sites are confusing at best and don't seem to address voice products

The location of the latest version of the VCX Administrative Assistant is:

ftp.usa.hp.com

Username=custaa

Password=getmyAA1

Re: HP VCX Administrative Assistant

Hi,

I talked with the author of the VCX AA and below is the new login and password. He did say that this will be changing in a few weeks. There are tools here other than the VCX AA that may be useful.

ftp.usa.hp.com

user=vcxtools

pass=GetEmN0w

(the 0 in 'GetEmN0w' is a zero not a capital O)

Thanks. Steve is a good guy who's helped us out on some tough db issues.

I like the LogFileFilter tool. It has many powerful uses!

Re: HP VCX Administrative Assistant

Unfortunately neither the custaa or vcxtools logins now work.

The custaa login should really be fixed because it is referred to in HP Support documents such as this one here:

Re: HP VCX Administrative Assistant

Hi,

The following login information worked for me a few minutes ago:

ftp.usa.hp.com

user=hpntools

pass=GetEmN0w

(the 0 in 'GetEmN0w' is a zero not a capital O)
