Information about HPIVM version 5.0

hi,
i am installing hpivm version 5.0 on integrity server rx2660.i have some queries related to it.
1.how much VM we can create in one server with resources available.
2.can we allocate and deallocate the memory and cpu online without affecting its work.

Version 5?

Current version is 3.5.

Well seeing as HP IVM 4.0 only comes out in September, you must be running 3.0 or 3.5 on your host
Each VM can have up to 4 vCPU's.
For memory, you need to take 750-1000MB, plus approximately 7.5% of the remaining memory past the 1st GB, so I generally say take the 1st GB, then take 10% of the remaining Memory, and what is left is the physical memory available for use in the VM's
This is all documented in the manuals
