can I use 11.31 (IPF) as host for HP Integrity VM?
The download page does not offer a package for A.03.50 on 11.31:

Thanks in advance.

Re: Integrity VM on 11.31?
That's what I was afraid of.
So only nPar or vPar is currently possible?
I guess I'll wait then, as Windows Server 2008 is also not supported yet.

SolutionAs of today you can run 11.31 with vPars (even with mixed OS environments (e.g. 11.23 and 11.31) or 11.23 as a HPVM host with 11.31 guests (or other guest OS).
Hope this helps!
Regards
Torsten.

Re: Integrity VM on 11.31?
I like the key benefits of Integrity VMs, so I'll have to wait.
My preferres guest OSs (Windows 2008 and OpenVMS) are also not yet supported, so it doesn't matter. :_)

Re: Integrity VM on 11.31?
Read Torsten response again. Just load 11.23 IA on an nPar for your VM Host and you can then build your VM Clients with 11.31 IA off that!
We took our box created two nPars. We made one nPar 11.31 IA and one 11.23 IA for the VM Host, buiding up VM's on the second nPar.
Why wait..........you got the hardware - Go For It.
Rgrds,
Rita

Re: Integrity VM on 11.31?
- 11.23 as host OS
- install Integrity VM 03.50
- create guest VMs with
- 11.31
- Windows
(- OpenVMS)
Is that correct?

Re: Integrity VM on 11.31?
Just to reinforce the fact. September 2008
release of Integrity VM will support HP-UX
11.31 as host.
In fact, I run VM 4.0 Beta 6 in the labs
now (host is an nPar running HP-UX 11.31
0803):
