NO-HW still after loading Disk2 and reconnecting the DVD

NO-HW still after loading Disk2 and reconnecting the DVD

I only disconnect to remove disk1 then load disk2 to reconnect the ILO Vmedia, but at the HP-UX level it is still showing NO-HW. I try running IOSCAN and INSF -E without success.

 

Please help.
