It might be possible, but I'm not sure I would advise it.
I can see lots of possibilities where the data could be corrupted if both VMs are trying to write at the same time.
However, if only one VM at a time will be up and accessing the disk, then that could be OK.

SolutionYes you can share a disk between two VM guests.
1. Set the SHARE attribute to YES for that disk using the "hpvmdevmgmt" command. Refer the hpvmdevmgmt man page for details.
Example:
# hpvmdevmgmt -m gdev:/dev/rdsk/c1t1d1:attr:SHARE=YES
2. Now present the shared disk to other guests.
NOTE: As Patrick mentioned, writing to the share disk at the same time from both the guest might lead to data curruption.
