cpu deconf. in vpar

Hi,

Just to get an information for below query.

Two vpars are running on the ia64 hp server rx8640 server. And two CPU is showing deconf in cab0, cell1

 parstatus -V -c1

CPU  Status
===  ======
0    OK
1    OK
2    OK
3    OK
4    OK
5    OK
6    Deconfigured
7    Deconfigured

There are two vpars in that npar. I just wanted to know do we need to down both the vpars or only one?

Whats the procedure for that?
