creating vm thru VSE

Hi,
we have a rx2600 and trying vse and hp sim in it. Can I get any complete document in doing this. I am not able to find any useful document in hp.com/vse except the July update and installation. I have installed the vse and hp sim and got the web gui with http://server:/280 and unable to proceed further.
Hence help me with the document.
