npar - different lan card instance number

On rx8640 server, I have created two npars, first one created from MP as a gensis partition and second one from command line after installing HPUX 11.31 on first partition. After installing OS on both partitions, when I am check ioscan -fnkClan it is showing different lan card instance number:

first partition:

Same thing with Fiber adapters. Is there any way to change lan numbers and match both partition lan card instance numbers?
