MSR3024 won't boot
MSR3024 was running fine until the last Comware upgrade attempt. Tried rolling back to what was running before to no avail. Tried several other image versions. Tried formatting the CF. SDRAM and deep memory tests both pass.
The boot process ends with this:
System image is starting...
insmod /lib/modules/system.ko failed!error<Inappropriate ioctl for device>
open socket server failed!error<Function not implemented>
pipe init error!error<Function not implemented>
add epoll failed!error<No such file or directory>
monitor init error!error<Function not implemented>
SCM init failed!
Has anyone else encountered this?

Re: MSR3024 won't boot
Hi Rooter,
I have done firmware upgrades to MSR 3024's a few times but did not see such error might be an hardware issue.
I would recommend opening a case to support.
