Create a new VLAN

Hi there.

I have a V1910-24G Switch and I would like to have a different VLAN from default, I need to create the 192.168.1.x VLAN as my default net range and deliver the IP address with DHCP option.

 

I already try it but each time that I want to reach the switch with he's new IP, it doesn't work.
