HP V1910 SNMP configuration

Hi,

I have a problem on my 1 HP V1910 Switch SNMP Configuration.

On my 3 HP V1910 switches I successfully enabled SNMP

What I observed is that

The HP V1910 have a MiB of ViewDefault

on my 3 switches, MiB ViewDefault has no problem.

on my other switch, MiB ViewDefault says "nonexistent" tried to Add View and copied the configuration of ViewDefault from my other switches but I was not able to create it.

After I click "Apply" it wont proceed to Add the ViewDefault.

Anyone experiencing the same problem?

Here is the Working View DEfault

publicRead onlyViewDefault Modify the community   Delete the community

privateRead and writeViewDefault Modify the community   Delete the community

ViewDefault
Modify    Delete  Add

Included 1   Modify the rule   Delete the rule      Excluded 1.3.6.1.6.3.15   Modify the rule   Delete the rule      Excluded 1.3.6.1.6.3.16   Modify the rule   Delete the rule      Excluded 1.3.6.1.6.3.18

Here is the problem of my switch that can't connect to a SNMP server

publicRead onlyViewDefault ( Nonexistent ) Modify the community   Delete the community

privateRead and writeViewDefault ( Nonexistent ) Modify the community   Delete the community

Re: HP V1910 problems with new firmware

Latest firmware for HP V1910-16G has serious faults in web interface: After fw upgrade, I am no longer able to click into any important item without being bounced back to logon screen. After two or 3 repreated logins I get locked out because of "too many users logged".

This did not happen with 1111P01 version .....
