Help with HP V1910-48G

hello community,
I bought a switch v1910-48G, and I need to do the following:
I have 3 Vlan,
1 Employees
2 developers
3 Internet

The Internet enters through a single port, but I require internet to everyone, but the vlan of employees (10 ports) can not be mixed with vlan developers (20 ports), How I set the common port..
