configuration issue HP 1910-24G
Hello,
i bought two HP 1910-24G,
i have created two VLAN's (100 and 200) on both switches /SW1 and SW2). All ports are access ports.
Port 1-8 are in VLAN 100 and Port 9-16 are in VLAN 200.
Then i have connected on SW2 Port9 the Router2 which is a cable router.
I can ping my Access-Points on SW1 which are in VLAN 200, and over this Access-Points i'm able to go into the Internet.
If i connect then on SW1 Port 1 an other router the Access-Points on SW1 can't reach the Router on SW2.
But I'm able to connect from SW1 into the Internet.
Thanks for your help
Hans-Peter

Re: configuration issue HP 1910-24G
How are the switches connected together?
What is the subnet for each VLAN?
Where is the default GW address for each subnet?
How do devices in each VLAN get to their default GW?

Re: configuration issue HP 1910-24G
How are the interfaces configured for the link between the two switches?
Have you added both VLANs as tagged to both these interfaces?
WHat does a "show ip route" from both switches tell you?
