HPTF 2010: Call for papers!
Looks like I'll be the one initiating the "Call For Papers" thread this year.
HP is looking for participants to submit papers for the HP Technology Forum 2010. Details here:
[Expired broken link removed on <4/5/2017> by Mod] . The CFP ends on Feb 15th so don't delay.
From what I heard, the organizers are delighted when customers participate with their own content. I don't think I'll personally make it this year but I encourage you to submit an abstract related to the HP-UX and/or Integrity platform. It's a way to show HP that not only we appreciate HP-UX, but also care about providing valuable content to our peers.
I didn't see it in the information brochure but my guess is that like previous years, the conference costs will be waived for selected presenters. That can make a difference in a justification letter.
Good luck
