SolutionThe following document is on hard partitions supported on RP7410, RP8400 and superdomes. Partition done via hardware.

I am interested in knowing how vPars work internally... that is information about
0. the scheduling algorithm used at the vPar level
1. how jobs are dispatched to CPUs shared by multiple vPars
2. what is the criteria used in case of dynamic reassignment of CPUs to vPars
I am interested in the above information from the point of view of modeling vPars.
Please let me know if there exist any related white papers/books

No such thing. Each Partition has it's OWN CPU/IO cards/Memory/and disk. Resources are NOT shared (other than the backplane).
1. how jobs are dispatched to CPUs shared by multiple vPars
No CPU's are shared!
2. what is the criteria used in case of dynamic reassignment of CPUs to vPars
Remove it from one partition (free it), then assign it to another. The stipulation is that the CPU can not be BOUND to a partition - meaning that it is designated as a "floater".

I am afraid there is any white paper that can give you the detailed information than "how vpars work" section in that document.
