Unexpected Shutdown

Hi,after a CPU upgrade (4 CPU for node, total 8 CPU),one cluster's node had a subject problem.
For two times I found in the event viewer this error: eventid:6008 The previous shutdown was unexpected. I didn't find any other messages in the event viewer, neither in the System Management Homepage, or in the HP Proliant Integrated Management Log Viewer, there aren't memory.dmp files. The S.O. is Windows 2003 Enterprise Edition SP1 it is an HP Proliant DL740 G1.I Know, you probably will tell me to update firmware and BIOS,but isn't strange that
the problem happens only in one node?
Thank you very much for your answers.

Re: Unexpected Shutdown

The best way to check this problem is to switch SCSI drives between two servers in cluster. If Unexpected shutdown will move to second server - problem related to Operation system. If after drives switch problem will still exists on first server - the problem related to hardware.

IMHO, it is hardware problem , but probably updating firmware/PSP will help too
