network printer
good afternoon, I hope I do not understand the truth I speak very good English language, is that I have a problem with a 2600n printer is installed on a server 2003, the problem is that there are users to whom this device is failing, when I want send a print and look at the status of the printer, I get this printing the document, but I check the printer and does not leave any work, in addition to this if you want to delete the document is not left, then I get to do a series of processes to eliminate that file. perform tests and sending with the same user account from another computer but the problem is the same, in addition to already updated the firmware, the truth is not one you I can do, and I hope you can help me.
thank you very much and excuse my bad English dialect.
