Win 2008 R2 - Dcpromo with HP NIC Teaming report DHCP despite fixed IP address being set

After using HP Provisioning and successfully loading Windows 2008 R2 on a HP DL380 G8. I installed the HP NIC teaming.

 

I configured all 4 nics as one team with only nic 1 physically attached to the network.

 

During Dcpromo i get a warning message about using DHCP addresses even though IPv6 is unchecked in the IP properties for nic team 1 and IPv4 has a fixed IP address.

 

This never used to happen with HP Smartstart and the HP NCU installed.

 

Am i missing something obvious  ?
