ML350G8 with Factory installed server 2012 std 2 cpu/vm

I waish to install a vm or two but where do I find the operating system disks for install ?

While I do understand that I can download iso from MS - it is some time hard to get the right ISO version. I ended up with R2 which didnt work with the Key on the server as this wasn't R2

The question  is - shouldn't HP supply disks ?
