Unable to install the printer driver in Microsoft Server 2012 for the scanning purpose.

Hi All,

 

I have the problem where i cannot install the driver of my printer into the Microsoft Server 2012 machine where i have the error as below as i using the HP CM1415fn for the scanning purpose.

 

A fatal error occurred preventing product use.

Click 'Cancel' to cancel install

 

And i am not sure what to do. Can you help me the step to install the printer driver as i urgently need for scanning purpose
