Dual Monitor support on HP Folio 9470m ?

Can anyone here please share some light in how to enable the dual monitor support in HP Ultrabook Folio 9470m ?

I can see there is VGA port and also DisplayPort but somehow only one is working at the time using Windows 8.1 and Windows 10.
