HP Cashback page not working

The HP UK cash back Website isn't working. Specifically the link "For purchases made between 1st February 2011 – 30th April 2011, click here" on the following page:

 

http://h40059.www4.hp.com/savemoney/hp_laserjets.html

 

The link "For purchases made between 1st May 2011 - 31st July 2011, click here" appears to work fine.

 

Spent fifteen minutes checking through the "contact us" links and couldn't find a way to report a problem with the Website so this is the best I could do. Please can someone look into this ASAP.
