Need to download switch firmware but link is dead.

I spent a good 20 minutes looking for the correct place to submit dead links and couldn't find anything so sorry if this isn't it.

I need to update the firmware on a switch (lifetime warranty) but the support page leads to a dead link. Switch part number is J9050A and the driver site leads me here but the link provided in the search results leads to a "We're Sorry" page.

Can this be corrected and if not how can I obtain this firmware?

PS.

I tried the online chat feature a few times over the last few days but it's always "Not available at this time." Please fix that too.

The link seems to be working now.  But I can't get it to work for firefox, just IE and chrome.
