Print Storage Job by default
Hi all. I have a situation in my company. We have more that 20 HP Color Laserjet printers and we manage the printer queues from our Windows Server 2008 (File & Print)
We will like to force to all the printers by default, Storage Job to reduce the quantity of paper that we are using right now, but after set Storage Job in the printer queue inside the server, the user didn't see that change and can still printing without restrictions.
I will like to know what is the best option to enable this Storage Job to everybody in the company.
thanks for your comments,
DanielSan

This is the wrong company for printers and PC products. You need to register in the HP Inc. Support Forum:

I guess this is where things get tricky, is it a printer question, or is it configuring printer setting on the server side?
