Re: Why search goes to europe site ?

Hi Arun,
I think before login to forums, u were in the Europe environment. To get rid of this try these steps..

1) Logout from ITRC
2) clear all your cookies
3) goto http:\\us.itrc.hp.com
4) then login to ITRC using your itrc account
5) come to forums..
6) Try search and see whether it is ok..

Re: Why search goes to europe site ?

Arun,
And once you follows the steps suggested by ganesh then simply add that link to Favourites.
So next time you click the link you only have to give the password (it records your ITRC ID).
Hope that helps.

Re: Why search goes to europe site ?

Hi,

Ganesh and Bharat suggested you good steps to save us link of ITRC site.
Anyway why are you interested to know that site goes from US to Europe site?
Don't worry about that because results from US and Europe site are the same for your searches.

The only one time that you should take attention is on login of ITRC site: if you are registered on Americas /Asia Pacific site then just make sure to be on that site (with Ganesh and Bharat suggestions it will be so).

Best regards,
Ettore

Re: Why search goes to europe site ?

Fabio,

the problem is that if you are logged into the US site and the link goes to Europe, you get an error because the user accounts are not there too, I still wonder why. I think, this is a bug. I also had this problem often, that I was logged out with no reason.

As long as you have a post somewhere, you know your id from the url to your account and then you can get your password.

greetings,

Michael
