Not Gave gift voucher on purchase of laptop as promised by company
I had purchased hp laptop(pavilion-dv6-3085tx) on 02/01/2011 and i have done all the formalities regarding the gift voucher and mailed to them on 02/01/2011 same day. I am not in a position to understand that 25 days have already been passed but they didn't send my gift voucher.HP is a international brand and I had not believed that after purchasing the laptop I will have to face such problems regarding the gift voucher.
They have cheated me and I have mailed them many times and they didn't replied me correctly and now they are not even replying my mail.
My Redemption code is 2396217
Please help that what should I do?
