TRI WEST MEDICAL migration to HPSC from ITRC did not transfer the SAIDs
Linda Summer has 4 team members that log calls electronically for end users.
Her team, when using ITRC , did not have to enter SAIDs each time, that information was automated and fed through seamlessly.
......Using HPSC, they must supply the SAID of each SN to enter a call. their list of SAIDs is very long> and this should have moved to HPSC during migration.
their passport ID works...but HPSC demanding an SAID each time is a real problem. HOW DOES HP CORRECT THIS? Should migration process not have transferred all this info rather than having her start from scratch each time.
PLEASE HELP HER CORRECT THIS: what step was missed? what is not feeding? Tell her what to do . a phone call would be appreciated

Re: TRI WEST MEDICAL migration to HPSC from ITRC did not transfer the SAIDs
Sign on to your passport account and go to https://h20566.www2.hp.com/portal/site/hpsc/aae/itrc/migrate/ You'll need to pull up your old ITRC account. This should allow you to add your old agreements to the new account. I've been trying to access my old SAIDs for a while.
