Weekend - trying to make online purchace - join B2B - website just loops endlessly
How difficult does this have to be?
Logged in - instructed to remember me - HP website won't do that. Every other accound does.
Tried to join the B2B - logged in, web page displayed "success", but won't let me continue with out a PIN number.
Yet, no instructions about PIN on the page or with a HP search.
After account login, added an item to the HP shopping cart. Web page indicates confirmation.
View the shopping cart and it is empty.
No longer logged in. Start over?
Will try one more time, then go back and revisit the competitor.
There is no excuse for locking a user on a page.
This process is very interesting.

(Which URL was that?)
This forum is unrelated to your other HP website.
You should contact HP on whatever feedback page is on that URL.
