This guide is intended for Hadoop®, Vertica®, Splunk® and MySQL™ solution architects, storage engineers, system administrators and IT managers who analyze, design and maintain these environments on Nimble Storage.  It is assumed that the reader has a working knowledge of iSCSI and Fibre Channel SAN network design, and basic Nimble Storage operations.  Knowledge of Linux is also required.
