Hi All,
When I try to open up the VLAN management screen on the webgui on a E2620 it just sits there saying that it is loading, but never actually loads. I am currently running the latest firmware version RA.15.08.0009. Has anyone elee experienced this? or is it a known bug?
Is anyone aware of a page where HP list known bugs in current firmware versions?

Re: VLAN Mgmt screen in 2620 webgui
Hello,
Try an other browser, HP switches uses JAVA and it doesn't work everytime ...... The best way to manage vlan is the CLI according to me, of course.
Good luck.

Re: VLAN Mgmt screen in 2620 webgui
Hi Ck1000,
Thanks for your reply, I must admit I conpletely forgot about trying a different browser!!! And I do agree with you regarding managing VLANs, use the CLI, I do, but there are always one or two users that want to use a nice fuzzy looking gui! :)
I'll test on a couple of other browsers and let you know.
Thanks

Re: VLAN Mgmt screen in 2620 webgui
I have now tested the web-gui on IE8, Opera and FierFox and it doesn't open on any of them. So looks to me as if its a bug, no one else able to confirm this on any of the E series switches?

SolutionAfter doing a spot of digging I have found a previous post that mentiones that it is a bug in the SW and is being addressed by HP.
