@Rich – Yes, customers have been asking for additional pricing options – and we are thrilled to bring this offer to market.   I just got back from Discover, and by the time I left Vegas, my voice was almost gone from 3 days of constant talking with customers, partners and peers on the benefits around this offer.  Gartner Research published a new report about IT Service Desk vendor strategies - http://www.gartner.com/id=2504015 – days before our announcement so the timing was somewhat uncanny.  I don’t have distribution rights for the report and so cannot include it – but for those out there with Gartner access, it’s an interesting read.
