DV9000 Will not Wake

HP EZ245AV USA Model.
Windows Vista x64 - - Bios Version F.29
I'm a Semi Pro user.

Updraded Memory to 4GB Crucial and then the BIOS in order to recognize the new 4GB memory.
That part worked perfectly.
Several months after doing the upgrade, the laptop started to not wake after being in sleep mode overnight.
It does wake if I close the lid and open it within a short time span, say 1 hour.
No other problems.

Found out about recall but my EZ345AV is NOT Listed.

HP Will not help (Free) as it is out of warranty.
Any one else in this situation.

Not sure what the correct course of action is.
Need advice.
