HP procurve 420 - Refresh Rate

After you create a new SSID in "Advanced settings" have these options:

-Broadcast Key Refresh Rate
-Session Key Refresh Rate
-802.1X Reauthentication Refresh Rate

Here put time in minutes. These options have anything to do with Roming betwen acess points?
