Intel BG2200
I bought Wireless mini PCI card "Intel Pro 2200 B/G" in order to install in HP nc6000. After the installation I get this message
"104-unsupported wireless device"
According the spec of nc6000 this card is supported.
Any kind of help is appreciated!!
Thanks
Bashir

Re: Intel BG2200
Bashir --
Based on the following thread, it appears that non-certified cards are locked out:
http://forums1.itrc.hp.com/service/forums/questionanswer.do?threadId=574653
Even though the BG2200 chipset is supported, if the card wasn't the HP/Compaq-specific version, it won't work.
I just purchased an HP W500 WLAN card (about the best price was directly through HPshopping.com) after running into this same issue myself with the Intel BG2200 Mini-PCI card.
